BRING:
** Your CAMERA and lots of film. There are many photo opportunities on the lake.

** Sunglasses

** Your FOOD and DRINKS (none for the captain - he'll be busy, but thanks for the thought). Now we don't want any broken glass, right? So, bring drinks in cans or plastic containers and use plastic or paper cups. If you request it ahead of time, we'll provide a cooler.
** ALSO bring:
**** Paper plates, napkins, DESSERT !!!!, straws, ice, ________________________________

** Your PAYMENT in cash, traveler's check or money order. Thanks for understanding about personal checks and credit cards.

FOOTWEAR/BARE FEET:
** In warm weather, feel free to go barefoot! Don't stub your toes. It hurts. I speak from experience. If you wear shoes, "deck" or non-skid white sole shoes are preferred. If you don't have white sole shoes, no big deal. The important thing is to have a good time and a safe cruise.

WARM WEATHER CHARTERS:
** SUNTAN LOTION (Captain Sam uses spf 30). The breeze keeps you nice and cool under the canopy but reflections can burn. There are also times when you're not under the canopy. Let's not be fooled by Mother Nature.
** WATER: Bring at least 16 oz. of water per person per hour. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Dpt. recommends twice that amount.
** BATHING SUITS and TOWELS if you're interested in swimming when the boat is docked or anchored. You can change in privacy in the cabin.

COOL WEATHER CHARTERS:
** LAYERS OF CLOTHING. This gives you options for regulating your temperature to your comfort level. It's cooler and breezier on the lake than on shore.

LIFE VESTS ("Personal Flotation Device" or "PFD")
** Persons less_than 13 years old are required to wear PFDs while under way (moving). PFDs are provided by Sail Aweigh Charters and are encouraged for everyone.
