Did you know someone can buy a boat in almost any state and take it out on the water without having the foggiest idea what any rules of boating are? Did you know that boating is different than driving a car? Did you know that most people who own boats don't even know what the different buoys mean.

Suppose there was no requirement for a driver's license in America. What do you think would happen to the number of people killed on U.S. highways each year?

Yet most states have no law that requires a BOATER LICENSE. Yes. That's why so many people are injured or killed on U.S. waters each year. That's why property is damaged and so much errosion takes place on our water ways.

Most states have about a 6 hour "Boater Education" course available. All that's needed is a law in each state requiring a boater license before a person is allowed to operate a boat (like other countries have).

You can help! Contact your state congressmen and put some pressure on to stop ignorance from turning a beautiful day on the water into a life time of regret. Thanks!

Nobody likes income tax. It basically makes earning money in America illegal. Notice you're fined (i.e., income taxed) for earning money. What can be done?

FEDERAL SALES TAX instead of Income Tax: This method would have built-in exemptions and deductions. Families who have less to spend will pay less tax. Drug runners and money launderers who otherwise are getting away with their crimes would at least pay taxes when they buy that $10 million dollar home. What do we do with the IRS? Let the IRS administer the federal sales tax.

In order for a federal sales tax to work:
1. The federal sales tax would have to be radified by a majority of the states.
2. The federal sales tax rate could only be increased by a majority popular vote of all U.S. Citizens (i.e., the people who are paying the tax).
3. The federal sales tax would have to REPLACE the income tax NOT be in addition to it.
